1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information:Email address, name (optional), and password (stored encrypted) provided at registration
- Payment information:Payments are processed by third-party providers. We only retain transaction results, amounts, dates, and partially redacted billing info — we do not store full card or payment account details
- Support content:Issue descriptions, attachments, and communication records submitted via tickets or email
- Service configuration:Server specs, data center region, and billing method you select
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Access logs:IP address, HTTP request info, access timestamps, referrer, browser type, and operating system
- Device identifiers:Device type and client unique identifier (SSAID) we generate for security verification and anomaly detection
- Service usage data:Login times, feature usage frequency, console operation records, bandwidth and resource consumption stats
- Cookies & local storage:Used to maintain session state, record language preferences, and improve user experience (see Section 6)
How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes, all necessary to provide the Service or within our legitimate interests:
- Provide & manage the Service:Create accounts, activate and manage server instances, process payments and renewals
- Authentication & security:Verify user identity, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Customer support:Respond to tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Service improvement:Analyze usage patterns, optimize platform performance, develop new features; analytics data processed in aggregated or anonymized form
- Service notifications:Send billing notices, expiry reminders, maintenance announcements, and security alerts

3.1 Service Providers
